The Veranda is the full-service dining venue at Terri Pines Country Club, located at 700 Pine Hill Drive in Cullman, Alabama. Open to the public with no membership required, The Veranda serves breakfast on weekends, lunch Tuesday through Sunday, and dinner on most Thursday and Friday evenings. Executive Chef Rob Harper leads the kitchen, with a menu ranging from casual lunch fare to upscale dinner service featuring certified Angus beef and Gulf seafood.

The Veranda Menus
Lunch
The lunch menu at The Veranda runs Tuesday through Sunday and covers everything from starters to full entrees. Appetizers include Pork Belly Bites with house-made root beer glaze, Ahi Tuna with crispy rice noodles and soy-ginger glaze, Bert's Shrimp, Fried Green Tomatoes with creamy remoulade, and Mozzarella Wedges. Salads range from a classic Caesar to a Chef Salad loaded with ham, turkey, and egg.
Sandwiches and entrees include the Terri Pines Smash Burger, the Bump and Run Burger with exotic ground meats and smoked gouda, a Ribeye Sandwich with caramelized onions and provolone, Shrimp and Grits with gulf shrimp and tasso ham, Steak Frites, a Po'Boy, and a Daily Fresh Catch at market price. Sides include fries, tater tots, sweet potato fries, onion rings, and broccoli.
Weekend Breakfast
Saturday and Sunday breakfast service runs 7AM–5PM. The menu includes a Classic Breakfast Plate, Omelet Station, Breakfast Burrito, Biscuit and Gravy Plate, Pancake Plate, French Toast Plate, and a Hearty Breakfast Plate. Biscuit sandwiches and breakfast sides are also available.
Dinner
Thursday and Friday dinner service features an elevated menu with certified Angus beef at its center. Starters include Shrimp and Crab Gumbo, Candied Applewood Smoked Bacon, Grilled Portabella Mushroom, and classic wedge and Caesar salads. Entrees include a 12 oz hand-cut Ribeye ($48), Filet Mignon ($42), Roasted Half Chicken, and a Catch of the Day at market price. Desserts include house-baked Chocolate Chip Cookies, Brownies, and house-made Peach Ice Cream.

The Veranda bar program goes well beyond a typical club menu. Signature cocktails include the Backspin Burn (Jose Cuervo, triple sec, pineapple, jalapeño), the Green Jacket (Bulleit, demerara, Angostura and orange bitters), Lavender Bees Knees, Back Nine Brew (Bumbu, cold brew, heavy cream), and a French 75.
The spirit selection features single malt Scotch including The Macallan, Glenfiddich Solera 15, Lagavulin 16, and Ardbeg Uigeadail; premium bourbon including Willet Pot Still, Booker's Barrel Proof, Old Forester 1920, and Angel's Envy; and top-shelf tequila including Don Julio 1942 and Herradura Ultra Añejo. The St. Andrew's Flight offers a curated Scotch tasting of three single malts.
